ALL OUR PERSONALITY SERVICES BEGIN WITH A TWO HOUR SESSION TO IDENTIFY YOUR BUSINESS PERSONALITY ARCHETYPE.
During the consultation we’ll ask you a range of questions and provide insight and information to identify the type that feels right for you. Once we arrive at your best-fit type, we’ll introduce you to ‘THE CAR MODEL’; our personality business decision decoder that will help you understand 4 key areas of your personality:
1. Your Flow State
This is the place where you feel most natural in your business. If you’ve set your business up so you don’t get to spend a lot of time in this state you’re likely to feel stressed, overwhelmed and even a bit burnt out.

Your growth state is the part of you that keep you balanced. It’s the co-pilot to your flow state and helps you make sure you’re making well balanced decisions to support your long-term goals.
